Worked quickly and efficiently and remediate an investment property of mine that that had significant mold/water damage! Additionally wodked with me when the leak in the unit above mine was not correctly fixed initially! Most reasonable price wise compared to any other company I spoke with! Johnny and Brandon have been exceptionally efficient and helpful during an emergency plumbing situation with water damage. They both were polite and took time to explain what needed to be done and how the process would work. North Star Restoration has been an incredible blessing to handle damage from a broken kitchen faucet.   Our insurance adjuster recommended them and called to see if they serviced the Culpeper area.  Lucky for us they do and they came out immediately to address our water damage.  Johnny and Brandon, who were the amazing team of technicians sent out, were very professional,  extremely knowledgeable, friendly, polite, respectful of our property and very positive about North Star’s ability to take care of our restoration needs. I honestly did not think that we had as much damage as we did but Johnny and Brandon came equipped with professional equipment to assess the water damage.   Not only did they assess that day but they also removed the damaged material and had in their truck multiple units of dehumidifiers and fans to dry out the damaged material.  They were very prepared to handle our emergency immediately.  They come back each day for a short follow up to make sure the wood is drying as it should until it is reading dry on their meters. We will have North Star repair the damage and I will do a follow up review.  I have every confidence based on the professionalism of their initial team of Johnny and Brandon that we will be very happy with the results. Photos depict under sink, flooring that was removed, back side of cabinet and basement which had damage from water leaking down. Thank you North Star, Johnny and Brandon. Matt Coyle and North Star Restoration were amazing, helping us through the shock of a housefire.  It is hard to overstate how competent (and caring) he was in all aspects of the project - and there were a lot!  It is hard understanding and sorting through everything that needs to be done.  Matt's communication was excellent.  He sent us plans for the entire project, communicated what was happening for the week, and then sent almost daily updates.  He was consistently available for communication and questions.  He not only communicated well with us, but also with our insurance adjuster.  He advocated for us and got several things done that would not have been possible without his intervention. Only part of our home was destroyed in the fire which brings additional issues to consider.  One of Matt's expertise is being able to restore the old and blend in the new.  The new part of our home (with upgrades) blends seemlessly with the original part which is testament to the skills of Matt's team (blending wood flooring, trim work, color palate, etc). Above all Matt, is extremely honest, and we would trust him with any future projects.  As we came to learn from working with other businesses during the initial crisis, there are some dishonest business people who target those who have never lived this experience and are in need. Matt was a breath of fresh air in both his professionalism and humanity. Our house is more functional, insulated, and beautiful than it was before the rebuild, and this was due to his advocacy, attention to detail, and willingness to make everything perfect. The work of North Star Restoration is incredible! I am so thankful for their diligence and willingness to imagine what this raw space could be with me. I approached Matt with a half-baked dream and paint swatches - he and his team made it reality! From sad and empty to cozy, colorful and magical!! This is the studio of my dreams! There aren't enough good things we could say about North Star Restoration. We lost our home in February of 2025 to a house fire and enlisted North Star as we began the rebuild process. The process went incredibly well and we love the home we moved back into in May. The North Star team was instrumental in helping us recover from our loss.
